Coaching for Performance Overview for the “Coachee”
Eligibility?: The 'Coaching for Performance' program modules are open to employees whose departments and/or organizations have already participated in the 'Coaching for Performance' training, and are utilizing this methodology for the introductory and/or annual UNH Performance Review process.
Who Should Attend?
Employees in non-supervisory roles at UNH.
Content?
Participants will learn the fundamentals of the Coaching Model and the approach to annual reviews.
