The program will focus on mentoring and career choices available to women and other minorities in marine science. Keynote speakers will be Dr. Bethany Jenkins (URI) and Catalina Martinez (NOAA). There will be workshops led by other marine scientists, networking opportunities, a poster session, and abundant time for small group discussions; a tentative agenda and workshop ideas are provided in the registration.
