By starting with the basics you will discover how at the conclusion of training, through the lens of Lean, you can make a difference.  Introduction to Lean class is designed to provide you with a fundamental understanding of Lean concepts.

The course brings “Lean” to life – through the use of a team-building exercise; hands-on exercises; video and classroom instruction. It provides a clear understanding of how the concepts can be applied in practice.  Attending Introduction to Lean prepares professionals to participate on teams that are designed to improve, redesign, and create efficient, customer-focused business processes.  It is suitable for staff at all levels who desire to understand the concepts of Lean.

This class is offered to all University Faculty and Staff within the New Hampshire university system.

Class space is limited so register today.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a hybrid course where a portion of the learning is done online at your own pace prior to attending the in-person portion of the training and the in-person training is where you will participate in applying additional learnings to actual hands-on work.

2 weeks before the scheduled in-person class you will receive an email containing a link and an invite to participate in the online section of the course.  As an attendee, you are required to complete the on-line pre-requisite work prior to coming to class.  Failure to complete the online portion of the course 2 days prior to class start date will result in removal from the class and participant will require registering for a future class.  lean_unh
