Tuck Pescosolido, Chair and Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Management in the Paul College, will lead us in a discussion to better understand the formation and strengthening of teams. Learn about the norms, challenges, and opportunities for teams, whether they are just forming, optimizing, expanding or contracting, or even pivoting.
The CoRE Collaboration Café meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month and is open to faculty, staff, and students.
