The Warren B. Rudman Center at the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law is pleased to present State and Federal Attorneys General: Differing Degrees of Independence, with Thomas A. Barnico, Esq., on Thursday, November 4, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

This lecture, which will be held in Room 282, is only in-person for the law school community (masks required). All others can join online by registering here.

About Attorney Barnico

Mr. Barnico, adjunct professor at Boston College Law School, teaches Administrative Law, the Attorney General Clinical Program, and the Administrative Law Externship Seminar. He has been a director of the Attorney General Clinical Program there since 1989.

From 1981 to 2010, he served as an assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has argued three cases in the United States Supreme Court, 18 cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and more than 70 cases in the Supreme Judicial Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1980.
