The New Hampshire Supreme Court Society and the Warren B. Rudman Center invite you to attend the 2021 King Lecture with Professor Tracey Maclin and Hon. Gordon MacDonald on the topic of Long Overdue: Fifth Amendment Protection for Corporate Officers (when responding to discovery requested of the corporation they serve).

This lecture will be held at the New Hampshire Supreme Court on Thursday, September 30, at 4:00 PM.

Professor Tracey Maclin teaches Civil Rights, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Law & Procedure at Boston University School of Law. He is the 1995 Recipient of the Metcalf Award for Excellence in Teaching.

Hon. Gordon MacDonald is the Chief Justice of the N.H. Supreme Court and former NH Attorney General.
