Scheduled by Human Resources, new hire orientation for staff and faculty* is held as close to day one of employment in a benefitted role as possible.
Getting Started @UNH – held every Monday, provides key/timely information on benefits enrollment, policies, parking, ID, etc. – those important topics one needs to know quickly when starting employment.
Notification of a scheduled orientation program date is sent via email to the new hire with a copy to the supervisor. Included is a link to the program agenda, resources and related information.

*For new faculty hired after the start of the academic year who did not attend the New Faculty Orientation program held by the Provost's Office in August each year.
