Managing Construction Projects will focus on effective communication
during all phases of a project. You'll also discuss project sequencing;
phases of a project; managing all the individual companies that make up
the project team; contractual relationships between all the project
participants; project documentation, RFI process, submittal and approval
process, change orders, budget management, and, lastly, liability and
responsibilities of each project team member.
