The field of regenerative medicine is a dynamic and growing scientific area that presents great potential for addressing various health issues.  This presentation is will highlight some of the frontiers of regenerative medicine and discuss potential areas for intellectual property protection. 

Mark Jenkins a shareholder in the Durham, NC office of Brinks Gilson & Lione.  Mark regularly advises clients in the pharmaceutical and personal care sectors and has developed extensive experience working with tissue-banking companies in the emerging area of regenerative medicine.  Mark received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, an M.S. in biophysical chemistry from Vanderbilt University, and a B.S. in chemistry, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
