The Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) Sales Desk is a collaborative, competitive, fast paced and exciting environment. In this role you will get an extensive, paid training program that will expose you to the various facets of the financial services industry.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Currently a Junior in College
• Experience and/or interest in Sales and in Financial Services.
The Purpose of Your Role
As an Intern on the FIAM Sales Desk your primary purpose is to assist our Managers and Associates with a variety of projects that will better enable them to achieve their sales goals and help them provide their clients with an industry leading client experience. Interns will experience first-hand our sales culture and fast-paced environment as part of the Investment Sales Associate (ISA) team. Additionally, Interns will receive significant training, coaching and experience in multiple areas including sales process, presentation skills, professional development and market knowledge in order to develop their skills and prepare them for the entry level ISA role on the Sales Desk.

The Value You Deliver
• Completion of a variety of projects and assignments for FIAM Sales Desk Managers and associates strengthening our ability to execute on our Sales goals and objectives
• Provide perspectives on multitude of FIAM Sales Desk processes to full-time associates ranging from Executives to entry level ISA’s.
How Your Work Impacts the Organization
You have the opportunity to help FIAM’s goal of becoming the “first call” that select Financial Advisors and Institutions make when they encounter challenges in their practice. Additionally, as an Intern you can influence and impact the revenue and profitability for the firm through your project work and by sharing your perspectives.
