will equip you with up-to-date skills and knowledge to maintain
consistent, effective, and unbiased recruitment policies and procedures
for UNH to attract and retain the best and most representative faculty
possible. This engaging professional development workshop uses a live
interactive theater performance by PowerPlay Interactive Development
to highlight challenges that committees often face and discuss best
practices for the faculty search process, as well as the impact of
microagressions and unconscious bias on a faculty search. Lunch is available starting at 12:15
