We all find ourselves in conflict - with family, friends, in our experience as Graduate Students here at UNH, or simply in our daily lives. Learning to have “Difficult Conversations” is a key skill, something that helps improve the quality of our lives, reduce stress, and enables us to take advantage of opportunities to grow as human beings.
In a series of two-hour workshops, Mark McPeak will be sharing concepts and building the skills we need to have successful Difficult Conversations. Mark is a Durham resident who has worked across the world with nonprofit organizations; he recently has taken a deep dive into dispute resolution, and is now focused on leading conflict-related workshops and working with individuals who seek support dealing with conflict.
Monday, February 3, 2020 from 2:00 - 4:00pm Mark will teach how to have productive difficult conversations. This is part II of the workshop series. Register here.
