Associate Professor of Public Policy at Rutgers University-Camden, will discuss
race, class politics, voting behavior and the issue of voter fraud. Prof.
Minnite is an expert on inequality and poverty; urban politics and policy;
voting rights; social movements; race, ethnicity and class; and immigration.
She has served as an expert witness on several voting rights cases and is the
author of The Myth of Voter
Fraud (Cornell University Press, 2010) and co-author of Keeping Down the Black Vote: Race and
the Demobilization of American Voters (New Press 2009).
