UNH Health Services offers a confidential HIV testing walk-in clinic for the UNH community. $25/per test
About HIV: HIV is found in blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. Unprotected vaginal, anal, or oral sex, sharing needles or syringes, or getting HIV-infected blood, semen, or vaginal secretions in open sores or wounds are all ways to get HIV. We recommend you wait at least three months after unprotected sex or sharing needles before getting tested for HIV. It takes this long for HIV antibodies to be detected.Note for Students: If you are unable to attend the walk-in clinic, you may make an appointment with a clinical provider to get tested by calling (603) 862-WELL (9355). You may also call this number to make an appointment to get tested for other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).The HIV Walk-In Clinic is not available when the University is closed for holidays, semester breaks or during curtailed operations. If you have questions, you can call (603) 862-3823.
