Our new Yoga workshops can help you (UNH students) discover how Yoga can impact your wellness on and off the mat.
This workshop focuses on peace and serenity. Slower-paced movements (yin yoga), with longer periods holding each pose, will help you find calm and focus. Find deep relaxation with yoga nidra. This workshop is taught by yoga instructor and Community Health Nurse: Judy Stevens, RN BSN.
