The Abortion Monologues
The Abortion Monologues, a play by Jane Cawthorne, tells the stories of twenty women and their personal reasons for getting an abortion, revealing the gray areas in what many often consider a black and white issue. It exists in stark contrast to the real world in which women seldom publicly discuss this choice.
This production will feature UNH students, staff, and faculty performing monologues that are sometimes funny, sometimes heartbreaking, and always thought provoking.
A panel (including the playwright herself!) will follow the production.
