Mindfulness & Meditation
This four-week group is an opportunity for students to learn about mindfulness, practice different forms of meditation within the group, and apply meditation skills in their daily lives.
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a way of living more fully in the moment to increase awareness and be more present to what you are feeling, thinking, experiencing without judgement.
