Yoga Class for Students
Yoga is a form of exercise based on the belief that the body and the breath are intimately connected with the mind.
Students may join us for FREE gentle yoga classes that integrate the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Wednesdays class is taught by Claire VanHoorn and Friday's class is taught by Ruth Abelmann.
This class will be cancelled if the University is closed for a holiday or curtailed operations.
