Microsoft released Windows 7 in late October 2009. Windows 7 is not an upgrade to Vista, but an entirely new operating system. On Wednesday, November 4 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, UNH IT will host a Microsoft Windows 7 demonstration in MUB 338. Matt Hickey, the UNH Microsoft representative, will be on hand to demonstrate features of Windows 7, such as the improved taskbar, jump lists, DirectAccess, enhanced security and control, bitlocker to go, and more.
